What we keep
We keep the tool used, the assistant, how long it took, whether it worked, and your account id (or the assistant’s anonymous id when you aren’t signed in), for 30 days. We don’t keep your conversation or your prompts. What you make through an assistant is kept like anything you make on familylore.ai, and deleted with your account.
How to disconnect
On familylore.ai, open Account → Connected assistants and choose Disconnect next to the assistant. Access ends within a minute. You can also remove FamilyLore in the assistant’s own settings. Deleting your FamilyLore account disconnects every assistant.
